The Journal of Global Commerce Research (ISSN 1946-7958) provides a forum for exchange of information by academicians and practitioners worldwide on contemporary and future technologies, domestic and global issues and cutting edge research affecting all facets of business at local and global levels. For this reason, the Journal of Global Commerce Research invites manuscripts covering a multitude of disciplines encompassing all business facets. The Journal of Global Commerce Research is listed by the library of Congress and indexed by the Cabell’s Directory, Ulrich’s International Periodicals Directories and EBISCO.

It is published two times a year to cover cutting edge research in the any area of business with all submissions subject to a double blind peer review process. The next issue will be ready for distribution by October, 2011.

There are over 25 tracks to choose from, no publishing fees or submission fees are charged, and an award for the best paper will be announced and presented at this year’s conference focusing on A Sustainable Energy Future For Emerging Economies: Focus on Africa. Scholars and practitioners are cordially invited to submit:

The 2011 conference is the 4th Annual International Conference on Energy, Logistics & the Environment. It’s theme is A Sustainable Energy Future for Emerging Economies FOCUS ON AFRICA. This conference brings together scholars, scientists, researchers and business executives from the renewable energy and natural gas industries, representatives from non-governmental and governmental organizations, and officials from developed, developing and emerging countries, especially African countries. Together we will explore ways to implement a new paradigm for sustainably supplying the energy needed for economic growth in economies—particularly in Africa—where the energy infrastructure has not been fully developed.
